SUMMER SECURITY DEPOSIT |
A $ 300.00 security deposit is needed at the time you request a summer week, to secure the summer week of your choice. |
SPRING
AND FALL RATES |

Weekend and daily rental
$100.00 per night up to 4 people
$25.00 for each additional guest.
A minimum of two nights stay is required. |

If you need to cancel your stay, your deposit

& FALL PONTOON RENTAL |
If
weather permits, the pontoon will be available
for rent May 1st through June 15th, and the
month of September. The charges are: $300.00
for the week

OFF SEASON
RATES |
Oct 1 to May 15
$100.00 per night up to 4 guests,
with a minimum of a 2 night stay and $25.00
for each additional guest up to 8 people.
We require a minimum of 2 night stay, if
you rent by the day.
We will rent out our "Hideaway" for the entire OFF SEASON, however, a signed lease is required. Please contact us for more information.
